Landlink has been involved in this project from inception. Having obtained the necessary resource consents Landlink prepared detailed design drawings for the construction of roads and services. 30 lots on the Otaki Plateau were created, most having striking views towards Kapiti Island. Innovative stormwater treatment and disposal along with creative subdivision design are the hallmarks of this development.
