This ground-breaking development in Ohau, rural Horowhenua, is a 65 lot rural lifestyle subdivision set amongst a new vineyard. Landlink has been involved with the development of the land since the very beginning, managing the original subdivision consent application, submitting a revised proposal along with an application for a decentralised wastewater system. Engineering design, set out and supervision for both the subdivision and vineyard are being entirely managed by Landlink.
