Central Meadows

This 30 lot subdivision in central Otaki is the redevelopment of a former market garden. The landowners have a historical interest in the site that they want to reflect in the quality of the finished product. Landlink helped to facilitate a comprehensive design process and obtain the necessary resource consents to secure the design vision. Implementation of the vision is now beginning.
