An infill subdivision near State Highway One in Otaki. The site was subject to a complex resource consent process, managed wholly by Landlink, involving large scale earthworks designed to mitigate potential flood hazards. Innovative roading design was a key feature of the subdivision to enable an appropriate intensity of development for the area.
