The subdivision of Ohau Terraces was one of the first major developments to occur in rural Horowhenua on the edge of an existing rural township. The site posed interesting topography that allowed for the creation of 31 very high quality sections looking out towards the Tararua Ranges. The roading was constructed to a high standard and innovative stormwater solutions were instituted with a high degree of landscape design in the public road reserve. Landlink provided the subdivision layout design and project managed the entire two stages of development from beginning to end.
