A development by the Pharazyn Charitable Trust at North Beach, Waikanae the project involved a zone change from rural to residential and then a six stage subdivision totalling 77 Residential and 30 Rural Lifestyle lots. A large Council reserve was created along with a public walkway. No build and no earthwork areas were identified on significant sand dunes to preserve the beach character and landform. Landlink was involved in considerable consultation with neighbours throughout the process and helped to broker successful outcomes.
