The development of Prestons Farm (known locally as Primrose Hill) is to be to the highest environmental standards. Lying alongside Lake Papaitonga, one of the regions most precious freshwater resources, the site provides an outstanding quality of life for residents. Resource consents for the first stage of 20 lots are at Council now. Landlink has been charged with taking the designers concepts from paper to reality.
