One of the largest urban growth projects currently underway on the Kapiti Coast.  Landlink is providing the necessary topographical data and informing the plan change process with local and specialist survey and services knowledge as required.  As the only locally based consultant Landlink has also been liaising directly with local stakeholders.  Landlink will be managing the subdivision process once the plan change is approved and the Masterplan adopted.
