This is our core business and we can provide a range of services. Our expert surveyors have the knowledge and technology to undertake a wide variety of projects of any size.
Land Transfer Survey
Landlink was operating at 100% eSurvey lodgement well before the deadline of September 2007. Our surveyors are experts at using the necessary software and understand the processes involved intimately. Landlink has integrated the eSurvey system into our standard operating procedures and now lead the way on the Kapiti Coast making our surveys the most cost effective and efficient to be undertaken.
Topographical Survey
Getting accurate site information is important for any development project – be it building a house or a 50 lot subdivision. Landlink uses the latest technology including GPS to collect reliable data in the real world. The finished product is a well presented plan that provides the information you need clearly and without confusion. Collected data can also be kept in a variety of digital formats so that it can be easily used for a range of purposes.
Unit Title Survey
When undertaking complex unit developments it is important that the Title Plans are well prepared to ensure that all the necessary allowances have been made for services, accessory units and common areas. Our surveyors are experts at handling these complexities and preparing the necessary plans on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Boundary Redefinition
Sometimes it can be difficult to know exactly where your boundary is. Our software is fully compatible with Landonline (the new Government cadastral database) to allow easy download of boundary information. Once downloaded, our surveyors can be out on site and re-pegging disputed or unknown boundaries accurately and when it is needed.
Crosslease Update
If you are planning an addition to your house on a crosslease title you will need to update your certificate of title by adding the new enclosed areas to the lease area defined on the Title Plan. We can survey the additions and prepare the necessary plans to be approved by Land Information New Zealand. Please note that you will need to get the approval of the other landowner on the title first (your neighbour). Talk to us about upgrading to Fee Simple.
BOMA Lease Survey
We understand that the definition of lease areas is important to ensure that rents are fair and lessees are paying for the areas that they are using. Our surveyors are experienced in these surveys and meticulously accurate in their calculations, providing the necessary plans for your records is a high priority.
Land development involves risk. The risk of any project must be balanced against the potential rewards. We provide advice that is clear, concise and honest. Understanding the regulatory and political framework is a core part of our business. We realise that a detailed understanding of the changing laws and rules that apply to land management is extremely important and make sure that we are at the forefront of best practice. That way you can rest assured that no opportunity has been lost and the realistic options are clear.
The place of design in planning new developments must not be underestimated. Good design can add value and make a place more attractive over the long term. Decisions made now affect future generations and we need to plan for thier future.
Landlink works closely with suitably qualified Civil and Geotechnical engineers to design innovative infrastructure solutions for subdivisions and development projects.
